Frequently Asked Questions

All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that have been worn or show signs of wear and tear may not be returned. If you return an item that has been worn or damaged, you will not receive a refund.

*We're unable to accept returns for any bathroom or personal care items, plants, undergarments, or swimwear. These items are final sale.

Returns of eligible items must be requested through customer service within 10 days of delivery. Our customer service representatives will work with you to make the arrangements.

 

Where is my order?

Depending on the type of order placed, deliveries can take anywhere from 3 - 7 days to process and another 3 - 11 days to arrive.

 

In order to cancel, you need to submit a cancellation request to our customer support team within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. After the 48 hour grace period, orders cannot be cancelled. You still have to option to return your eligible items 10 days of delivery.

Once an order is paid changes cannot be made. Please make sure you have reviewed and finalized your order before paying. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat below as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned items have been received, reviewed and marked as eligible for refund, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to process. You will get an email from us each step of the way letting you know we've received your return, it has been accepted and your refund is on the way. 

If you haven't heard from us for longer than 15 business days after sending your return to us, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
